My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I wish I had the two "before" pictures. This began life as a bright yellow "frame with white and daisy's. We then covered it for daughter 2 in a fuzzy fake fur material. Now daughter #1 took possession and with a little paint and found embroidered Irish linen curtain panels has a new head board for her first venture into living alone off campus.
