Hello,

We are renovating an old Victorian. Painted trim (originally painted, not stained) will be continued in the dark color but flooring will need to be stained, as we were unable to salvage most of the floors.

If we go with a dark paint color for the trim (SW French Roast or Black Bean) I would think a middle range to darker floor color would be better, no?
