Can someone help me identify & locate this chair & ottoman? (pic)

Hi everyone! I posted this question in the furniture section but wanted to post it here in case someone here would know. We all fell in love with this chair & ottoman set while on vacation and I wondered if anyone knew who manufactures a chair & ottoman like this. Thanks much!!!

I googled "tufted chairs and ottomans" and quite a bit showed up.
