We are putting a beverage center on a wall in the eating area of our kitchen. We had only planned to put it about 18 inches deep but have just realized all the wine fridges are 24 inches deep. There are doors into the area on either side and I didn't want to obstruct the walkway too much. The space between the 2 doors is about 8 feet

Any ideas?

Can I have it bumped out in the middle and narrower on the sides? I just can't imagine this looking too good.

We are planning to ss lift-up cabinet doors above for a contemporary look,drawers for the liquor below
