Do you mean the Seagull Linear LED lights? They are lots of little lights in a row, sort of like Christmas lights. You can see them on the Seagull website.

Yes, that's it, thanks! Are these the "lights of choice" these days? It's been years since I remodeled and I'm not up on lighting.

We had Seagull xenon lights in last house. This time we are going with Maxim Starstrand. They are LED lights on a tape. Pretty flat, stay cool. Today's LEDs are much warmer in color than when we did the last kitchen. I did not want a blue glow under the cabinets or in them. They are pretty close in price these days to the Seagull too. The tape lights are coming down in price all the time.

They are popular, but not the lights of choice for everyone. I wanted the tape kind of lights, but pucks can create a lovely effect. And as bee says, LED has come a long way.
