Yaya, that is EXACYLY what I'm looking for. One problem, my stinking window is 68 1/2 inches long. Poo! I have a 36w X 68 1/2 long window (2) inside measure. I would like an outside window size of 44w x 70-ish with that valance-y thing but I know that will be way more than I want to spend.

If it makes you feel any better, the Overstock one was out of stock. I was thinking you could buy inexpensive cream ones at maybe Ikea and then hot glue gun some brown ribbon on the edges.

Great idea graywings! I need another project like a hole in the head but that shouldn't take too long.

Why not use the ones below, they the right fit and in the brown family and would look fine. I would then get a wide band of cream and trim out the width of the rim of the valence part and call it a day. You'll get the look without the cost.
