I think I just made a big mistake.

I'm posting on the Kitchen because it involves a built in cabinet but also on the appliance board too.

We're having 1,000 sq.ft of wood flooring put in, and also a built in cabinet for a space of 50" in one of the living rooms. I asked the contractor to make a space for a 15" wine fridge. He said I would need to shop for the fridge before the cabinet arrived. So I went shopping today and find out that under the counter wine fridges are like a regular fridge and need to be properly vented or else they will over heat.

As much as I lurk and post a little on this board I should have seen this. Viking makes a great 15" fridge but it's way over my budget. The floors are going in the first week in December and since I only found this out today, I have to call my contractor Monday and see if I have time to change the cabinet.

Is it too late to change the cabinet design? Or how hard would it be to change it to all drawers?
