Need Help Where To Start and Stop Tumbled Marble Backsplash

Im installing Tumbled Marble backsplash for wife.need advice where to,how to or what to do at these end points of tile.

How should I finish here.

Should I stop at the light molding or go past it a inch and go back up above it. I really don't want to notch behind it. Should I stay under it and stop somewhere to line up with the counter top or carry it down into the ogee cut

Im planning on 3x6 as my side end stones and the inside pattern will be 4x4 diagonal.see my pics to see what im working with.

Well while taking pics found I need to get out past the left side receptacle outlet,so you think what I do on the left side end do also on the right side end. Still need help on cut at the cabinet.And my other question is should I start at the inside 45 and work outward or from one end all the way around. I dont know how many pics I can post on here so I may try to combine them, we will see how it goes.

I had a situation like yours. In the case where the uppers extended slightly further than did the counter top, the tile installer made the tile even with the edge of the upper cabinet and added a very narrow line (maybe 1/2", slightly rounded edge) of tile all the way to the floor on the outside of the lowers. I thought it looked great. Sorry, I have no photos. In the case where the counters were wider than uppers, he lined up the tile with the edge of the uppers and the tile went straight down to the counters, so the last 1/2", or so, had no tile above it. Because of the shape of the edge, this looked intentional.

Thanks, I think I will lay it out on the floor as a dry run. I want the two ends to stop the same without a partial tile and the inside corner to look good. This is my first tile job and just dont know what direction to lay the tiles to make corner and end to come out even tiles.
