My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Secret Santa Instructions and sign up list:

Here are the details of Secret Santa.

1. Deadline to sign up is October 19, 08.

2. You will be notified of your partner on or about October 26. 08

3. Spending limit is about $15.00 this does not mean you have to go out and spend exactly $15. You can use items you have on hand, fabric you have on hand etc etc. Everybody's budgets are different. It is the THOUGHT that counts, not the cost!!

4. Mail to your partner by December 1st. (if you are mailing over seas you may want to mail a little sooner so we all open on the same day.)

5. Opening day is December 10th. And no PEEKING ALLOWED!!!

6. You are NOT required to MAKE a gift that is an option. A homemade gift is always nice but at this time of year we understand if thatâÂÂs not possible. Make sure you count the cost of your homemade gift in the $15.

7. Send me a e-mail with your screen name, real name and address, and then post this information on the Dear Santa Post:

**** least favorite color

**** favorite type of fabric; 30's CW; batiks etc etc

**** do you have allergies to foods, flavors, smells, candles that type of thing

**** Do you collect anything, besides fabric!!

**** Pets?

**** Your occupation if you care to share! And you stay-at-home Mom's That is AN OCCUPATION!!!

    my favorite color is pink, do not care for orange or lime, fabric all, no coffee or black tea, allergy are pepper, ice cream and fountain soda, i like cats, and cookbooks, no pets right now hopefully later, retired, read debbie mccomber, jeannete oaks, nascar i check out to see who's winning, t.v. american and canadian idol, food network, america's got talent and good movies. as for the rest not a real good line up. when i'm bored and not sewing i call my friends and bug them or nap, love chocolate and do eat my share. hope this comes out right never lines up as it should not great at spelling either.
