Baking Pine Needles In Glycerine

Hi, Does anyone have the recipe for baking the pine needles in glycerine. I know that you put them into a foil lined pan and bake them for about 2 hours but I don't have the quantities (so many parts water to so many parts glycerine) and temp. for the oven. Help please!
