We are looking to add some furniture and decorations to the family room, which is right off of the kitchen. Our thoughts are to attach the TV to the wall on a swivel mount, add a large square mirror with black frame above the mantel, one or more pieces of furniture and a rug. We saw a cute chair today- in the design of the chair in the picture that I have attached but in a cheetah print. We thought that we could then put down a complementary rug (maybe dark brown shag?). Does this sound like a good idea? Alternatively, we thought about a papasan chair. The tile picture is the kitchen so that you can see the transition to this room.
