ID help for a couple of things at Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando

I was at Leu Gardens earlier this week and, among a lot of other things, saw the two plants in the attached photos. I've been unable to ID them with web searches and Leu Gardens doesn't have a way to communicate with them via their website. I'm hoping someone can put a name to these plants?
