What is the island countertop? Marble, granite or quartz?

I am thinking of using white fantasy quartz on my island where my cooktop is located. I would like to replace the white cabinet with a darker cabinet to contrast with my white perimeter cabinets. I may want to use a dark granite on the perimeter countertops, but do not know what the costs comparison is between the materials. Could use some suggestions. Thank you.

Sorry for the late response I believe this is Super White Quartzite .
