Advice on my Hardwood Floors

I have solid natural maple flooring (sugar maple) which had a poly-urethane finish when they were first installed 10 years ago. They have held up very well over the years but having an elderly dog who, at the end was sick and sometimes made a mess as old dogs do, I decided to steam clean the floors. This took the remaining finish off which was likely compromised anyway being 10 years old. Now the finish is foggy, dull and uneven. I don't want to sand/refinish the floors, they really don't need it, ... but I would like to apply a low lustre polish that would give them an nice even shine and appearance. I've tried a few (OrangeGlo, Quick Shine, Rejuvenate), and they were way too glossy for me. Does anyone know an good quality polish that is also a very very low luster (satin is as shiny as I would like to go)? Thanks in advance for your advice.
