My front door is one of those ticky tack off the shelf steel doors with the horrible fake leaded glass panel with brass "lead." What can I do to make the leaded glass go away? I've seen replacement panes but they're like $300 & up. I really don't like the door that much to sink that kind of cash into it. But if anyone has a nifty idea for "finishing over" the glass panel I would be curious to hear. I'm thinking maybe some cool, modern window film? The door doesn't get exposed to much weather. Anything better I'm not thinking of?
