Outdoor pergola stain color

We have cedar pergola and a small deck under it, need help with choosing color, the photo below was taken before sanding, have sanded and prepped and it, right now the natural cedar wood tone is out instead of the grayed look in the photo.....

want this to be a design feature setting a warm and cheerful mood, planning to have at least 2 colors, one for the beams & deck and one for the legs.... Any suggestions from benjamine moore Arborcoat solid shades, or any other solid stain shades would be great help....

I am not doing white for sure :).....

If you're looking to set a warm, cheerful mood then I recommend a bright color for the beams and deck, and then a more pale color for the legs. For example, Buttered Yam and Jicama or Milk & Honey, both by Arborcoat; or Caliente with Ylang Ylang or Barista, all also by Arborcoat. You can never go wrong with a basic beige and/or grey color palette as well!

Buttered yam is a nice color(I have salsa dancing on front door), however can you suggest something more subtle than bright yellow, was actually thinking of terra mauve for beams and avant garde for legs ...opinion on that?

Of course! What do you think of Buttered Yam with Albany White, Horizon Gray, or Bridgewater Tan? Terra Mauve is another great color! May I suggest Terra Mauve with French White, Natural Linen, Bridgewater Tan, or even Gunmetal?

Muriland- True the cedar color of the wood after sanding is looking nice right now with the gray legs ... Still want to explore possibility of little pop
