Looks like you may have a fungus problem on the leaves themselves, or on stem. I'd gently pull those those leaves off and see. Since they're soft they may rip and leave a watery mess, so do it in the morning so whatever's left will have the whole day to dry out.

Agree with Andy, but i would go a bit further and remove the plant and look at the roots and stem. If rotted cut back to healthy tissue , callous and repot.

No but you may get pups to grow from the leaf scars. Again, I think you may have a bigger issue. Not be an alarmist but first take a look at the stem and roots and the. Move to the next step depending on what you find.

The stem and roots look fine to me. But I'll admit I'm a beginner succulent owner so maybe you'll see something I don't. I ended up losing 9 leaves and am left with a not so pretty plant. I'm hoping pups grow out of the leaf scars.

It's hard to tell but it appears that the stem is rotting as it looks black to me as indicated by the arrow. If this distal area is soft, you must cut it back to healthy stem which will be light green in color. You must then allow the cut end to callous for at least a week to 10 days in a shaded cool area. Plant in a barely moist gritty mix and keep it in a shaded area until roots grow. You'll know when you have successfully rooted your plant when a gentle tug moves the mix.
