What a morning in the Garden! Blooms Galore!

Mantis always tells me I am not at peak yet because I have too many buds, but with the blooms, clumps, and finally getting some perfect blooms that have all been splotchy, If I had a tail, I would be wagging it. I have been live-heading the last few days, and this is what it looked like afterwards yesterday.

It was like that all over the garden, so I should have expected bloom explosion, but somehow, I didn't.

So this post will be bed shots. I will post another with bloom and/or clump shots.

Here is an overall shot of the front bed:

And a section of it: Icy, Clown Parade, My heart Belongs to Daddy, Please Say Yes

Here's another: Little Light of Mine, Deliverer, Eye-Yi-Yi

A portion of the Rock Bed:

From the bottom up, It is Bird Talk, Hot Tamales and Red Hots, and Wild One.
The other end of it:

The Munson bed:

Far left back bed:

View from Right side front bed:

View across back beds:

Other end of rock bed:

I hope anyone who looked at this enjoyed the tour of a lot of my garden...and as of right now, this day, all the hard work is worth it.

After getting behind last year, you really prepared your beds well this year. What's the eyed daylily in the lower part of the last picture?

Thanks, Mantis...the coral colored one is Paul Owens, Lady Jane Peacy. The pink and purple is Ledgewood's Pansy Eye. is is a short plant, but blooms well and has a beautiful bloom.

It is so beautiful! Wanna trade homes? I just wish I were there to see in person, if they look this good in a photo, I can't imagine how wonderful it must be right there.

I have really injoyed this, so pretty.I been siting here, scrolling up and down looking at all the gorgeous blooms.,and cooling off.I was out watering all of mine as it was so dry,and I watered for about a hour yesterday, too. it is so hot out,92, they dry out fast.

Nancy I was really so tickled when I waled outside to take photos, and all this was blooming. It was a huge surprise because I had thought blooming had been down a little the last couple days...but everything seemed to have bloomed. there weere clumps and triples everywhere. I know not everyone likes bed shots, but I always really enjoy them. Jean, I am glad you enjoyed them. For so long, it seemed as if wold never accomplish enough weeding and mulching to make things right. It isn't ll done, but most of it is, so it is a good day. God is good

Thank you all for taking the time to look and to comment. I couldn't believe all the bloom when I walked out to take photos. My season starts early and it winds down when most people on the forum are at their peak. It seemed very like peak type bloom yesterday. My earlies are winding down and he mids are just beginning to loom.

Just taking another look at your gorgeous gardens. It looks like you have left some planting pockets here and there. Are they for more daylilies or later blooming flowers? Also in the last photo, what is the dayliliy with purple eye and edge on the front right?

Thanks, Debra. Actually, I am still trying to lessen the area I have to keep weeded and mulched. I will never manage to do much in that direction since I keep falling in love and buying daylilies. There will be more heucheras in my future, because I like the way they look, and they such a user friendly plant I have a very few in pots, and an unused open area in the Munson bed...it is going to receive a few Munsons from another area. I am on the waiting list for a couple and you know I will add others. I rarely add brand new ones, but occasionally I will. The one you are asking about is Ledgewood's Pansy Face...beautiful bloom but a short plant. Doesn't bother me since I am not hybrding with it, and it fits nicely in its' spot. That bush to the right is Ballerina rose, and it tries to take over the earth:)

Just gorgeous , Kay. It's great to have posts in different zones. We have beautiful blooms to look at and drool over for so much longer than our own gardens are glowering.
