What type of slides are used on the sides of the drawers?

I am working on gathering design details for these type of drawers as I have not found a cabinet maker in my area yet that has had experience with them. How far off the floor do they sit, maximum width, etc.

These are a custom design drawer in the toe kick area. They sit just above the floor. Since they are custom we had them made to fit the space. The drawers above this are for pots and pans. Thanks for your interest and good luck on your project.
