Will my Thermador oven survive the self clean cycle?

Will self clean fry the electronics in my Thermador oven. If it is questionable, how do I clean the oven?

    Regular oven cleaners can be used on self-cleaning ovens (the interior is normal porcelain) ... but the rule to follow then is that self-cleaning should *never* be used on the unit due to risk of noxious fumes releasing from remaining chemical residues subjected to pyrolytic temps.
