What would the cost be to build a 30 wide x 20 deep agains house?

Love the rectangular look & want a small but proportioned top reaching just below the sill of window on second story of brick home. Would like the frame to be in white w/2.5' stone foundation

Without more specifics, I would estimate a range of from $275,000 to 325,000 erected on your prepared base

Thank you for your response which knocked me for a loop. I thought it would be more in the $100,000 range as the cost of our 2475 sq ft home built in 2003 was only $300,000
