    Hi Mary Ellen,

    This patio needed retaining walls just to set the grade for this property, but a project like this one as shown would run between $24,000 and $30,000 depending on what materials you choose. Something these photos do not showcase are the low-voltage outdoor light fixtures installed in the walls and on the house to softly illuminate the entire patio area after dark.
