I've also bought from http://www.valleysucculents.ca (actually in Canada) but it depends on what kind of seeds you're looking for.

I was just going to suggest Grow Something, but realized they don't sell seeds! Not sure if you could message them to see if they do? It's a small operation that runs out of Toronto.

Hey Karine! I found this shop on Etsy that will send you succulent cuttings. If you search "Succulents" and set your "Ship to" filter on the lower left hand corner of the Etsy home page to "Canada", it will show the available shops and items. Have you looked at your local greenhouse? One of my local greenhouses gave me some little cuttings that were already starting new plantlets for free!! They said they would just be sitting on the ground otherwise! :) Best of luck to you!
