cow parsley is extremely dangerous

you said this was cow parsley. I live in Ottawa Canada, and we have an outbreak of cow parsley which is extremely toxic. A woman contracted it today, and it is worse than poison ivy. It digested her skin, leaving ulcers almost immediately, and she cannot go in the sun for 3 years otherwise the damage will recur. My friend's horse touched it all over the feet, and almost died. I think you made a mistake in the name of your plant; surely you wouldn't encourage a plant worse than poison ivy to be planted? Our city is going out each place it is reported, and trying to eradicate it before it spreads further. Please comment.
