This looks to be a tile, Engerneer hardwood wouldn't be the first choice of a wet area(bathroom) you can fine this (hardwood floor looking) tile in most of your tile and flooring stores. If installed correctly you will need to look twice to see that it's not wood.

Actually, the designer for this project identified the floors as maple. You would be fine putting wood in your bathroom as long as you don't have a frequently used shower or bath. Our firm installs both wood and porcelain fux wood products and the give away is the small shoe molding added to the base of the baseboards. This would not be added with tile, just laminate and hardwood. Lets us know if you need help sourcing maple floors such as these.
