Is it possible to put range with a hood on a kitchen wall that that does not abut an exterior wall? On the second floor above the kitchen is a bathroom. I am concerned about venting.

(The reason for this is I have to create a hallway off the kitchen where I can put a powder room. Currently the powder room is directly off the kitchen. By moving the entrance from the kitchen to the dining room down, I can create a larger uninterrupted space where I can put the range top if it is feasible.)
