I wasn't familiar with this brand but just looked them up and they seem to be a reputable company. Very nice doors. What does your builder think of them specifically? What are the pros and cons that he sees in choosing Novatech? Can your supplier refer you to any customers who purchased doors who might give you a reference?

I haven't discussed this with my builder yet. He told me to avoid doors that are made in China and I don't really like Home Depot doors. Just looking for different options and trying to stay on budget.

I've ordered two entry doors factory painted through a local supplier, and I'm not happy at all. The factory missed to paint indoor cladding, some moron at the factory drove three packing staples right through the door frame, cladding and the weather stripping protruding inside the door by 3/8" and the all three glass panels on each of these doors have this ugly egraved labels in the bottom corners...veeerrrry ugly, looks like smudge marks, first I thought those were labels and tryed to peel them off.....wrong it's engraved !!!!!! to replace the indoor cladding with the one I've paid for is gonna take six weeks from now, as I was told by the local rep. The doors got installed by the contractor, so when I came home and saw this I was really pissed off !!!!!!!! O and there is a piece black silicone inside the one of the glass panels, looks like a mouse shit or a little bug. Absolutly no attention to detail, it all looks good in the brochure, but what I've got is three steps bellow mediocre.

Forgot to mention these are NOVATECH DOORS, steer clear of this stuff if you expect something nice.

My novatech patio doors have leaked for years...good thing my floors are cement!
