Canning Multiple Varieties of Dried Beans

I grow several different kinds of dried beans each year, this year I think there are nine varieties. I love beans but we're not big at planning ahead for meals so I would like to can them so they're more ready when we decide we want to use them. Some of the beans aren't in huge quantities and I don't want to mix them or do a canning session with just one or two jars since it's such a big production. My idea is to prepare maybe three or four kinds for canning by doing a long soak, simmering each kind in separate pots, then keeping them hot in the oven as I fill individual jars to get a full canner load. I've had success with canning baked beans in a pressure canner. Has anyone done this before? What difficulties, problems or bad ideas am I overlooking? Any and all sage advice is welcome. Thanks!
