My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the name of the dark color of staircase? Our stairs are almost identical but with oak which we are wanting to update. Thanks in advance!

    Thank you for your inquiry, the railing, risers, stringer, newel posts, were actually painted e black laquer, high gloss finish, and the spindles were done in Benjamin Moore , decorator white., satun finish.

    its a classic transitional fresh look, and will surely be refreshing change to all that stained oak.
