I think she used a stock photo. But the outside of the cake is easy to put together....likely hard candy crushed....a candy flavour of your choice. And very ripe organic raspberries....I’d search the specialty stores on this cake.

It is not at all a stock photo. I used a basic vanilla cake and substituted about 1/2 cup of the flour with ground pistachios. The frosting is a vanilla buttercream that I mixed ripe raspberries into, that's it. No candy.
