Install ceiling lights - loss of insulation?

I recently had some blown in insulation added to my attic - resulting in excellent energy efficiency. I now want to add some canned lights, and of course all of my expensive insulation is going to spill out.

Any advice on how to prevent this from happening? I was thinking about carefully cutting the hole, and then pushing a cylinder of some sort through and trying to just push the insulation back.

Or am I worrying too much... just let the insulation spill out and move on.
