I have an outdoor motion sensor security light with two heads. One burned out so I replaced the halogen bulbs in both to be efficient while I was up on the ladder. Now neither comes on, mo matter what I try. The fixture is hard wired into the house, so there is no on-off switch on the wall. I've tried turning the circuit breaker off and on. Any ideas?
