Maytag Glass top Stove Scratches

Hi all,
I was cleaning my Maytag black glad stop stove with cerama-bryte creme and a scotch pad. After removing creama-bryte, I recognized the following scratches on my burners....I have 2 questions:
1. is there a way to remove or reduce the scratches?
2. Is it ok to cook on my stovetop with the following scratches?
