What kind of radiant heat do you use and is porcelain better than ceramic tile?

Hi, we use pex radiant tubing set into a lightweight concrete that is poured in a thin layer on top of the sub floor. These tubes run hot water from a boiler, and the room has its own thermostat .

Porcelain tile is a bit more dense than ceramic tile and thus a bit more durable, however in most residential applications either will suffice. Thanks
