Although Black Stainless (or "Black Diamond for LG) is currently available and on display at most appliance showrooms, Whirlpool's Sunset Bronze finish was just debuted this past Spring and there's no word on availability yet.

Any update re launching of Sunset Bronze

We've heard it might be available in first quarter of 2017...Whirlpool just introduced the color idea very early!

Can I be notified when Sunset Bronze is on the market?

I am buying a new home and would love the sunset bronze appliances. The announcement about Sunset Bronze was a year ago. Where can I buy them? Come on Whirlpool, it looks gorgeous and I dont want black of stainless.

Although no definite dates are available, we've heard that Sunset Bronze may be in production by 3rd quarter of 2017.

Unfortunately, We won't be able to wait until the last quarter of 2017. That was the original prediction for the last quarter of 2016. So, Arctic Ice ( a bright white ) is my alternative choice. Thanks everyone !

We just got to see the slightly redesigned Sunset Bronze kitchen suite at our buying ground show! The products will be released in September 2017 once all models are available. The models feature a new Global Design handle.

In Canada at the same time?

What is the hold up - obviously there is a demand for the Whirpool Sunset Bronze....yet Whirpool says they have no release date????? Strangely though - it is available on the web if you look hard enough??????? Are these demo models from the shows?????

All we know is they expect to have the collection available in September...not sure when production will actually begin.

Do you know what all appliances they will be making in this color?

It should be full line eventually, but I know freestanding refrigerators, ranges, microwaves & dishwashers will be initial launch.

Not sure...we just don't know if wall ovens will be part of initial launch, but hopefully it will be full line!

Don't know any details on either launch...but I do know the products are starting to be added to our model database, so availability should be soon in US.

Unfortunately, no updates have been provided to dealers on launch dates. The new fingerprint resistant stainless finish and Black Stainless models appear to have taken priority.

Pretty disappointing that Whirlpool won’t supply any updates!

Is Sunset Bronze coming to Canada in 2018?

While a couple of Sunset Bronze models are starting to be introduced in Whirlpool's distribution system, we 've now been told that the full line will be available 2nd Quarter of 2018...so sometime in April-June.

Ha. We're just glad to finally see the products on our website and know that they will be available soon!

will Sunset Bronze coloured appliances be available in Canada at the same time?

Sunset Bronze is now available at Home Depot and Lowes. I just got the microwave and dishwasher installed through Home Depot. Love them! Electric Oven is backordered until June. Some of the refrigerators are available too.

We have our Sunset Bronze kitchen displays being installed this month, but the product is available to purchase now! After 2 years of talking about the new finish, it's great to know they are finally on the market...
