My kitchen kind of opens into my living room; we don't have an open floor plan, but, it's open enough that the color of the cabinets in the kitchen should compliment the colors in the living room, if that makes sense.

Here are the colors we are going to paint my living room (all colors are Benjamin Moore):

1. Balboa Mist for walls, eggshell finish
   
2. 50% Balboa Mist for ceiling, Flat or Eggshell finish
3. Trim, doors, fireplace: Decorator's White---> Satin finish

I'm not sure what color we should do the kitchen cabinets now. Originally, I'd imagined a linen color, but that was before I decided we'd paint the trim, doors and fireplace in Decorator's White. Now, I worry that a linen color will look unattractive or too yellow when compared to the decorator's white that will be all over the living room. I am not opposed to having my cabinets done in decorator's white, but will that look like I have WAY too much white going on in the house? Could I do the Simply White or Dove White for the cabinets maybe?
