Just about all fruit trees need full all day sun, in order to be fully productive. You can give it a try, but I'd try to find a better spot, if I were you.

That would be a matter of personal taste preference. RedGold is sweet, while Flavor Top has a spiciness to it. I've never heard of the other one.
