Custom arched fireplace screen

We are building a new home in an Atlanta suburb. The arched fireplace will be Tennessee fieldstone, thin and medium stack with a raised 16" crab orchard tread, approximately 48" wide. (We will have to measure heighth). I'd like the design to be simple in a matte finish. Do you provide price estimates? Also, how long would completion take?
