Hi Judi! Was curious what you ended up choosing? We are in the process of renovating our new home and we’re looking into the same cabinet makers.

Kitchen cabinets. Sorry i am slow to respond. I ended up going with a local cabinetmaker here in Westchester county. However, i think Crownpoint has the most beautiful cabinets i have seen. There were issues with them being in New Hampshire. My builder pushed me to use local. Not sure where you are located....i can share my cabinetmaker but he is here in the suburbs of NYC. Let me know. We have crown point in our entire house—kitchen, master bath, kids bath.. Love them! They now have a lower price line with less choices that we recently used for our 3rd floor bath and they are really just as nice as the others. We had one issue with the painted vanity in the kids bath where the paint was peeling a little after about 14 years. I called, they sent out a rep, he took the door back to NH and they color matched it and gave us a new door at no charge. That’s what I call great customer service!

Judi, thank you for the wonderful compliment regarding the work of my cabinetmakers. We appreciate it. I am sorry we were not able to do your project but understand your builder’s concerns about our shop not being local to you. For builders that have not worked with us, it is not uncommon for them to consider the distance between Crown Point and their project an omen of "bad things to come.” The truth is, we excel at what we do because 95% of what we sell is definitely not local. We don’t have a showroom on every Main Street, so we have to provide a higher level of quality and higher level of service. And we do. Thanks to shermy for the kind words and for validating this!
