Hi,

We are building a home and will have one of the biggest yards in our community since space is tight where I live. (See attached picture).

we will have detached garage and the neighbor's house will have one wall facing our yard (about 15 feet away from our house), other side will face the street since ours is a corner lot.

Our yard also slopes significantly, around 4-5 feet from where the neighbor's house is up until the end of the driveway.

Builder will give us grass and some basic landscaping like bushes on the side which is next to the street.

I want some space for my kids to play and also some hardscaping. What do you suggest?
