I wanted to post back that the problem is fixed !! It cost $100 service call from our plumber but it was worth it. He used his special de-scaling product and a pump and hooked it up outside to our demand water heater. He said that is was full of scale, had not ever been cleaned in the 8 years we have had it. We knew it wasn't working right as the heating was erratic and would have bursts of very hot water. Anyway it took 2 cycles of running the dishwasher after he cleaned and each cycle got shorter and shorter till it is back in the upper 70 min, area for the cycle which is where it used to be . So we are well pleased. Hope this helps at least some other folks who think their Bosch cycle is too long. c
