Signature hardware trustworthy with bad costumer service?

Almost bought a $2000 teak vanity from their online store. I guess they had a promotion for 10% off the day before and when I looked online the next day the promotional price was gone although I already had the vanity configured and it was already in my cart. I called costumer service today thinking they would probably honor the price since the price was still 10% less at all the other home improvement website but what I got was a rude male who should not be working in the costumer service department. I am totally in love with the vanity and would have purchased it either way but after talking to him and listening to his condescending tone and how he does not know anything about the products I am going to purchase it somewhere else. I could just imagine how hard it would be if I did purchase any item from this store and had any issues/questions with it. I feel bad for this business because apparently they are going to loose a lot of businesses due to poor costumer service. I guess they don't know the impact of good costumer service.

I called the store once to ask about a sink and was given good service and all my questions were answered. However, I decided on a different sink so I have not purchased anything from them. I do get emails that notify me of sales. If you have the time to wait, sign up for the emails and wait for the vanity to go on sale again.

You could try contacting the company about your experience. They may try to work something out for you.

I have purchased a number of items from Signature. Frankly, I found their customer service to be excellent. A problem with an item was resolved within the same phone call, without question. My replacement arrived in three days.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, so very different from mine.

I havent seen much good reviews from them since I started looking at their reviews thinking one of the members of their team that responded to my call was just having a bad day. I'm glad you both had nice experience but apparently a lot more people have voiced concerns not only on their costumer service but also their product. I don't work in sales but even in my line of work costumer service is a must... So based on my experience and what I have read about them, I think I will settle with businesses that actually treat their costumers with respect. Who knows how they would treat me if I would need to call them back if I did purchase from them and there was an issue with the product? I'm not about to lose thousands of dollars from them.

When I read reviews i am always interested in the reasons behind bad ones. A sale with a definate date is just that if you had ordered the last day of the sale you would have got that price because you didn’t you did not get the sale price and there is no reason to be mad at them for your mistake.
