love this lookk - how thick are the inset slabs - would they work on grass

As you can see we use them for steps also. So we cut them around 7 in. thick. The problem I would see about being in grass is that they would deteriorate because of being up against wet damp grass all the time.

Yes, we put them on grass 2 years ago and they are quickly falling apart. Don't put them on grass!
