Washing machine drain... is there a way to have (2) outputs in a drain

I would like to know if there is an adapter that I could fit into a elbow trap that would allow me to run two washing machines at the same time ..( not septic.. city sewage ) if so what is it called and where would I find one. thank you.

It's the curve thing that is also under your sink... to keep any sewage gases from coming back into the house.

The curvy thing under the sink is a P trap.

Are you draining one washer into the sink or into a standpipe? If into a sink that is large enough you might get away with draining two washers into the sink.

If you are draining one washer into a standpipe then the determining factor on whether you can drain two washers into the same standpipe is whether that standpipe can handle the volume of water draining from two washers at the same time.
