This is the second bedroom we were commissioned to design in this beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home. Clara (Stella's sister) is seven and, of course, loves pink. I have been wanting to use this iconic Marimekko poppy print for years and this was the perfect project to do so. The rest speaks for itself - new furniture, upholstered raspberry coloured bed, colourful area rug, custom walnut doors to hide the built-in closets (in both bedrooms), a black-out zebra print roman shade and a red bean bag in the corner for her favourite friend. When we were finished, we all wanted to be seven again and have such a room!
