Living in transition zone on MD/PA border. New neighbors need lawn help. 90% weeds. Mostly Danelion & Plantain. Whats not weeds is packed dirt. They're not going to spend very much ca$h or do much labor that I can tell. How about a annual rye mix just for the summer mostly for a cover. Then reseed early fall with a better TTTF mix? I was going into the shampoo for soil compaction conversation and was met with rolling eyes.
