Hi, btw the screen porch is awesome.. I'm a GC based out of Nashville TN and specialize in building new construction infield houses in the downtown area. Currently we're in the process of finishing up two craftsman style 2.5 story attached units with detached two car garages in rear off of alley Rd. Both units have covered rear porches (10'x12'). We are tossing around the idea of screening in both porches but want to use a maintenance free product for our frame. Would you recommend a certain product like Azek or similar. If interested in discussing further with regards to a specific design please advise.. Tks
