Brass hinges for ocean front home in Florida?

We are building a new home on the ocean in Florida. We will be using Emtek door knobs throughout the house. We now need to order hinges. Should we order Emtek to match the door knobs? Does the brand of the hinges matter? Should we order brass hinges due to the location of the house? Thank you for your input. This is all new to me.

Order the hinges and lock sets with PVD finish. We spec PVD coating on all our waterfront projects in Sarasota / Bradenton FL area.
