They are quite anemic looking. That is usually caused by either over-watering OR nutrient deficiency. What and how much have you fed them and how often and how much are you watering? Has there also been rain?

When I transplanted them, I put a cup of 4-6-3 dr earth fertilizer, and 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt in the soil. There was rain two nights ago but they were like this before the rain.

Why the epsom salts? Potting mix isn't normally low in magnesium and that is the only benefit one gets from E. salts. You don't mention which Dr Earth product you used and they make many but if I recall correctly they are all organic blends. Great for a in ground garden with active soil bacteria but won't work at all well in containers as there is no soil bacteria in potting mix to digest it so the plants can use it. You need to use a water soluble fertilizer of some type, something the plants can actually benefit from quickly. There are many brands available both synthetic and organic.

They very likely need a good feeding and if they were like this before you transplanted them then they likely have needed some nutrients or some time.

It was the vegetable, tomato, and herb fertilizer. The back of the bag. gave instructions on how much to use on containers so I assumed it would work using containers. Is that not the case?

I have liquid fish fertilizer I could use that's (I think) 2-4-1. But idk if I should add that on top of the fertilizer that's already in the soil.

Are these too late to save ?
