My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Caflowerluver, I planted Hansa too. But somebody (I'm not naming names) mowed it down by mistake. Twice.

      Roseraie de l'Hay, Therese Bugnet, and Wild Berry Breeze (sounds like a stupid wine cooler, but it was lovely) did well here for years, but eventually died off. I still have Blanc Double de Coubert.

      I like Hearst Castle. I was there a couple of times in the 70's. It is a very interesting place, that's for sure!
